Shipping & Returns
SHIPPING
Currently we are only distributing products within New Zealand and to Australia. ShyBuy will use all reasonable efforts to deliver the products to the Customer within the indicative delivery time. Any time for delivery of products quoted by ShyBuy shall be approximate only and ShyBuy shall not be liable to the Customer for any failure or delay to deliver products at such time.
Delivery charges for orders are as follows:
Normal Post: 5-7 days - $9.95
Courier: 2-3 days delivery during normal seasons - $14.95
Your package will be addressed discretely from Tek Distributors Ltd.
* Rural deliveries can sometimes take an extra few days.
RETURNS
All products are guaranteed against defects for a period of 30 Days and always in accordance with the manufacturers or suppliers guarantee and warranty conditions.
Unless otherwise stated, and subject to your statutory rights in respect of quality and fitness for purpose, we make no representations or warranties, either express or implied, of any kind with respect to products sold.
Product returned to us will be at your expense. All goods must be in their original packaging and be unused / unsoiled to be considered for warranty repair / replacement. Used Goods will not be accepted under any circumstances.
PAYMENT
Payment for products on the website must be made by MasterCard or Visa credit cards only. All prices shown are in New Zealand Dollars (NZD). Orders are not accepted until the credit card payment is authorised. On acceptance or an order and confirmation of payment.
In the event that products are listed at an incorrect price due to a typographical or pricing information error, ShyBuy shall have the right to refuse or cancel any orders placed for products listed at an incorrect price. ShyBuy shall have the right to refuse or cancel any such orders at any time prior to delivery regardless of whether or not the order has been confirmed or payment has been received. If payment has been received, ShyBuy will refund the payment.
CANCELLATIONS
If you wish to cancel your order, you must contact ShyBuy immediately by e-mail to sales@shybuy.co.nz. It may not always be possible to stop an order from being processed or being dispatched, as we endeavor to process orders promptly. A service fee may apply to any cancellation of orders.
